Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• As the owner of the end-to-end experience for Tendios Bid and/or Tendios Create, you will oversee everything from problem discovery and definition to interface design and production monitoring.

• Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Engineering teams.

• Design flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

• Create interaction patterns for AI-First functionalities, including conversational interfaces, assisted generation and editing, AI output review, trust/uncertainty states, and human control.

• Translate business problems and user needs into clear, usable, and actionable solutions.

• Participate in interviews, usability tests, product data reviews, and prioritization sessions.

• Maintain and evolve the design system.

• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure quality implementations.

• Utilize AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing modern SaaS products, supported by a portfolio showcasing real cases, decisions made, and impact generated.

• Experience in designing products with a strong AI component, or a clear understanding of the design challenges introduced by AI.

• Fluency in working daily with AI tools for design, coding, generation, and prototyping.

• Mastery of modern product design tools, particularly Figma and its ecosystem.

• Strong judgment in interaction design, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and design systems.

• Professional proficiency in English is essential.

• Autonomy, clear communication, and the ability to defend design decisions with solid arguments.

• Ability to work integrated within a Product team alongside Product Managers and Engineering.

• Knowledge of Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools is valued.

• Experience in B2B products or complex verticals is appreciated.

• Prototyping in code or comfort in reading/understanding front-end technologies (Vue/React, Tailwind) is a plus.

• Experience in designing and validating generative AI patterns in production is valued.

• Previous experience in startups or fast-paced product environments is a plus.
