This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design and enhance user interfaces for eCommerce Web, App, and independent devices, which include self-order kiosks, customer-facing secondary screens, and in-store product, advertising, and promotional displays.
β’ Develop clear user flows and information architectures.
β’ Upgrade legacy experiences while designing and delivering new features quarterly.
β’ Prototype and test concepts to validate ideas.
β’ Articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
β’ Build solutions directly within the product codebase and separate products through vibe-coding practices.
β’ Analyze PostHog metrics and survey data to uncover insights and evaluate design impact.
β’ Maintain and evolve the design system across various products.
β’ Ensure clear handoffs for developers and Product Owners, conduct demos, and support implementation reviews.
β’ Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Account Managers, Support teams, and developers.
β’ Occasionally create presentations, visuals, or website materials for internal and marketing purposes.
β’ Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex eCommerce products.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in product design, delivering comprehensive solutions for web or native platforms.
β’ Extensive expertise in UX and IA.
β’ Capability to design data-informed, operations-friendly experiences.
β’ Practical experience conducting interviews and surveys with clients and end users.
β’ Background in designing for eCommerce, Fintech, and other customer-facing products.
β’ Proficiency in Figma, responsive design, and component-based systems.
β’ AI-fluent in the design process, encompassing research, copy, vibe-coding, clickable prototypes, and functional products.
β’ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
β’ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
β’ Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
β’ Self-motivated and capable of managing ambiguity while advancing projects.
β’ Familiarity with analytics platforms like PostHog or Amplitude and event-based metrics.
β’ Interest in enhancing internal design processes through automation, AI, and documentation.
β’ Awareness and interest in AI transformation.
β’ Ability to work as a contractor.
β’ Salary in USD (B2B contract with a US company).
β’ 100% remote; a remote-first company that does not require physical offices.
