Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Enhance existing mobile applications for the company or develop new products from the ground up.

• Create new features and refine current ones.

• Engage in shaping the product’s visual identity.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, analysts, and developers to discover the best solutions for users and the business.

• Take part in the recruitment process, which includes an introductory call, optional test assignment, technical interview, final interview, and offer stage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Strong visual aesthetic and expertise in composition, typography, icons, and color theory.

• Capability to assess design quality and pinpoint visual deficiencies.

• Skill in creating icons, simple illustrations, or high-quality generated visuals.

• Proficiency in working with various visual styles while ensuring design consistency across products.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

• Ability to write clear and concise explanatory headlines.

• Competence to operate independently without micromanagement and adhere to deadlines.

• Skill in justifying design choices, presenting concepts, and actively listening to feedback.

• A portfolio link featuring preferred case studies.
