Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to establish product strategy and create experiences that are rooted in user needs and business objectives.

• Proactively seek out improvement opportunities, develop hypotheses, and design data-informed experiments to test them.

• Convert data research findings and analytics into actionable product decisions.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite concept generation, enhance iteration speed, and refine UX writing and design choices.

• Contribute to, uphold, and advance the Design System as the product progresses.

• Work in partnership with the UX team, which includes writers, frontend engineers, and DesignOps.

• Elevate design quality through expertise in UI, usability, and interaction design.

• Document the design process and disseminate knowledge within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in Product Design, preferably within the Brazilian financial sector.

• Strong understanding of the complete design process, with a focus on rapid prototyping and experimentation.

• Capability to identify and prioritize opportunities, design experiments, and collaboratively define success metrics.

• Proficiency with AI tools as an integral part of the daily design workflow.

• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering.

• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and multi-device user experience.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at thriving in fast-paced, interdisciplinary settings.

• Skill in presenting and advocating for design decisions to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

• Ownership mentality: business-oriented, data-driven, and accountable for outcomes.

• Preferable practical familiarity with financial sectors such as lending, payments, credit cards, open finance, fraud prevention, merchant acquiring, or investment services.

• Comprehension of financial-domain workflows and business drivers, including their influence on revenue, risk management, and customer satisfaction.

• The ability to interpret compliance mandates such as KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, and GDPR into resilient, high-performance systems without sacrificing user experience is considered a significant advantage.
