Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Method clients and team members from Product, Development, and QA.

• Design and create seamless user experiences that align with business goals.

• Engage in product strategy right from the outset.

• Influence product direction by transforming ideas and concepts into viable designs.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and high-fidelity designs.

• Investigate and test various design solutions.

• Champion straightforward, elegant solutions for intricate challenges.

• Maintain a balance between meticulous attention to detail and low-fidelity design options.

• Utilize user feedback and data to enhance products.

• Lead meetings and presentations to foster consensus and secure buy-in.

• Confirm approaches through functioning software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in spearheading design initiatives for one or more successfully launched online or mobile products.

• A portfolio showcasing UX expertise and compelling narratives regarding design choices and trade-offs.

• Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

• Comfort with using prototypes as a communication tool.

• Willingness to utilize the command line and a preferred text editor.

• Ability to collaborate directly with developers.

• Knowledge of UI best practices.

• Capability to deliver polished interfaces within tight deadlines.

• Exceptional persuasive communication skills across varied audiences and organizational levels.

• Eagerness and motivation for ongoing learning.

• Willingness to travel for team and client meetings, typically up to 15%.
