This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership, scale, and manage the Figma design system from the ground up.
• Maintain internal design assets as dependable defaults for development purposes.
• Lead comprehensive end-to-end UI/UX design for intricate SaaS, enterprise/B2B, and data-intensive dashboard products developed on ServiceNow.
• Proactively and independently conduct UX research, including user interviews and usability testing.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights despite limited in-product analytics.
• Recommend and integrate tools, including AI-driven solutions like Claude and Claude for Design.
• Automate compliance reporting, covering VPAT and ADA reports.
• Prioritize redesign initiatives based on research insights.
• Develop interactive prototypes, screen mockups, wireframes, user guides, one-pagers, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to validate design choices against actual product outcomes.
• Clearly articulate and defend design rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Take into account HTML/CSS limitations and front-end engineering feasibility when crafting solutions.
• Work Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Kyiv Time, with a 1-hour break.
• 5-8+ years of hands-on UI/UX experience with a robust portfolio of delivered, real-world products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including the capability to build, scale, and maintain design systems from scratch.
• Demonstrated end-to-end design expertise with complex SaaS, enterprise/B2B platforms, and data-rich dashboards.
• Independent management of UX research, including conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights.
• Experience in resource-constrained environments.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
• Ability to articulate and defend design rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced/fluent English for effective day-to-day communication with US-based teams.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS constraints and front-end engineering feasibility.
• Preferred experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Preferred experience in producing product documentation such as user guides and one-pagers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive and self-directed approach to research and process enhancements.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple design projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with Sketch or Adobe products.
• Must be a Ukraine Private Entrepreneur (FOP) or otherwise qualify as an OOC Ukraine Private Entrepreneur.
