Senior Product Designer, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of intricate end-to-end design processes, encompassing discovery, research, and ideation through to the final user interface.

• Identify pertinent issues and create hypotheses.

• Transform product objectives, data, and user requirements into seamless user experiences.

• Design user experiences for complex, data-driven B2B systems and workflows.

• Analyze relationships and devise solutions that guide users effectively and simplify decision-making.

• Organize ambiguous problem areas and iteratively enhance solutions.

• Leverage data, research, and feedback to make well-informed design choices.

• Enhance conversion rates, reliability, and user guidance.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Development, and other stakeholders within cross-functional product teams.

• Advocate for the user perspective and actively influence product decisions.

• Utilize modern design and prototyping tools, along with targeted AI support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.

• Familiarity with data-driven platforms, enterprise SaaS, or products characterized by significant domain complexity.

• Experience in at least two different product organizations.

• Strong expertise across research, UX conceptualization, and UI design.

• Hypothesis-driven, iterative methodology and a discovery-oriented mindset.

• Experience with intricate B2B processes and user journeys.

• Confidently navigate ambiguity and work autonomously with a high level of ownership.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proficient in common design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.

• Thoughtful and active utilization of AI in daily work activities.

• Capability to balance UX ideals, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• A portfolio that clearly showcases your design process, decision-making rationale, and individual contributions.
