Senior UX Designer, Incentives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of incentives, rewards, and shopping experiences for users of the Castlight platform.

• Redefine workflows for Benefit Leaders in configuring and managing benefit programs using Castlight’s administrative tools.

• Engage in the design process from overarching vision down to specific interactions.

• Organize and initiate user research studies while overseeing ongoing research and design iterations.

• Collaborate with the design team to maintain consistency in design patterns, voice, and tone.

• Enhance and evolve the design system by introducing new patterns and interactions.

• Work alongside product and engineering teams to execute designs and make informed trade-off decisions.

• Keep abreast of UX trends and technological developments, introducing innovative processes and ideas to the UX team and product and engineering collaborators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in product UX design.

• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma.

• Experience with AI design tools like Claude Code/Design.

• Understanding of agile methodologies with experience in agile product development teams.

• Strong grasp of design systems, user flows, and principles of interaction design.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Proven ability to design for both mobile and desktop platforms.

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and aptitude for designing complex user interactions and workflows.
