This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete experience strategy for Twin Health's mobile application.
• Create innovative interaction patterns for agentic AI within the healthcare sector.
• Identify and lead critical design initiatives that have substantial scope and long-term objectives.
• Shape product roadmaps across various teams from a design-focused perspective.
• Guide design strategy throughout interconnected member journeys, from onboarding to sustained behavior modification.
• Conceptualize, prototype, and validate new design patterns that balance AI agency with trust, transparency, and control.
• Manage complex initiatives from inception to completion and provide consultation on smaller-scale efforts.
• Facilitate innovation workshops and ideation sessions.
• Establish high standards for interaction design, visual design, copy direction, and systems thinking.
• Convert clinical complexity and AI-derived insights into intuitive and motivating user experiences.
• Oversee information architecture, interaction design, visual design, copy direction, and user validation.
• Identify and advocate for resolving visual, accessibility, and interaction challenges.
• Build and maintain Twin's design system while establishing reusable agentic design patterns.
• Mentor designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Define and conduct research, transforming qualitative insights into actionable design decisions.
• Communicate and advocate for innovative design concepts to clinicians, engineers, and executives.
• Influence business health, product direction, and design culture.
• Evolve the design function at Twin.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Over 10 years of experience in product/UX design.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional skill in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
• Proven experience in designing agentic AI experiences.
• Established ability to design from scratch and create original interaction patterns.
• Highly inventive and creatively bold, with work recognized within the industry.
• Acknowledged thought leader in design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Capacity to negotiate with and persuade leaders at all organizational levels.
• High level of independence and creativity.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with LLM prompting.
• Preferred: experience with AI transparency, explainability, or human-in-the-loop interactions.
