Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Shape product strategy and influence its direction based on thorough research and data analysis.

• Pinpoint customer needs and identify significant problems that require solutions.

• Decompose complex issues into manageable solutions and oversee their development from concept to completion.

• Strategically scope design work, choosing between rapid prototypes or comprehensive architectural approaches as needed.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager during the product discovery phase.

• Assess the impact of design on overall product success.

• Develop a cohesive, end-to-end experience in partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts across various teams.

• Validate designs through customer interviews and usability testing.

• Advocate for user experience throughout the organization by providing clear, evidence-based design justifications.

• Enhance design quality within the organization.

• Work collaboratively with the internal Product Design team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in designing digital products, encompassing information architecture, visual design, and interaction design.

• Experience in an e-commerce setting is preferred.

• Proven history of working effectively in interdisciplinary teams.

• Capability to harness AI and no-code tools to optimize the design process.

• Proficient in creating prototypes and iterating swiftly using both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.

• Familiarity with product discovery methods, such as usability labs and A/B testing.

• Ability to adopt a holistic perspective on product strategy and vision.

• Skill in aligning user needs with overarching business objectives.

• Proficiency in utilizing data-driven KPIs and strategic OKRs.

• Fluent in English (C1 level).

• Comfortable working within a dynamic, international setting.
