Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design an EdTech product for AI filmmakers from the ground up.

• Create a strong, aesthetically pleasing UI that sets the product apart from competitors.

• Work end-to-end: from research and user flow design to final mockups.

• Independently find solutions for business challenges based on broader references and vision.

• Defend design decisions in front of stakeholders.

• Take responsibility for the outcome.

• Influence the experience of over 100 million users of HOLYWATER TECH's entertainment products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design.

• Experience in building a product from scratch.

• Proven track record in designing complex interfaces with multiple scenarios or tools within a single product.

• Experience conducting user interviews, testing hypotheses, and analyzing competitors.

• Ability to translate research findings into product design.

• Understanding of product and business metrics, including conversion rates and retention.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Active utilization of AI tools in work, including Claude Design and similar platforms.

• Willingness to independently translate design into code using AI is a plus.

• Readiness to work hands-on as the sole designer at the start.

• Strong logical thinking and ability to justify design decisions.
