Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead product discovery, from the initial identification of problems to defining solutions.

• Establish and validate clear problem statements based on the needs of customers and the business.

• Identify and express measurable outcomes for both customers and the business.

• Investigate user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.

• Design future-state user journeys and comprehensive product experiences.

• Convert insights from discovery into prioritized functional requirements.

• Create visual representations of the desired user experience and suggested solutions.

• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering as part of the Product Trio.

• Define delivery strategies and iteration plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.

• Validate proposed solutions with users and stakeholders.

• Ensure that solutions balance customer desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility.

• Assist teams in transitioning from discovery and design to delivery readiness.

• Contribute to ongoing product enhancement through research, validation, and iteration.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–9 years of professional experience in Product Design or a related field.

• Extensive experience throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

• Demonstrated expertise in Product Discovery and User Research.

• Solid understanding of User Experience and Solution Design.

• Experience in translating customer and business needs into precise functional requirements.

• Proven experience in designing user journeys and complete digital experiences.

• Strong capabilities in Business Analysis and requirements definition.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

• Ability to validate problems and solutions through research, data, and user feedback.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Capacity to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation abilities.
