Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and Marketing teams to create product experiences that prioritize both user needs and business goals.

• Manage the entire design process from initial discovery to final delivery and subsequent iterations.

• Define problems, uncover opportunities, and provide design insights that influence product strategy and planning.

• Design solutions across integrated products, workflows, and user journeys.

• Convert user insights, product analytics, and business objectives into intuitive, accessible, and scalable design solutions.

• Partner with Engineering to navigate technical limitations and explore opportunities.

• Contribute to and enhance Everway’s design system.

• Investigate and implement AI technologies to refine design workflows, prototyping, and product experiences.

• Develop and present design concepts, prototypes, and solutions with a clear rationale.

• Champion inclusive design and uphold accessibility standards.

• Incorporate research insights into the iterative design process and validation stages.

• Utilize qualitative insights and quantitative analytics to guide decisions and assess released experiences.

• Conduct workshops, design reviews, and collaborative co-creation sessions.

• Share expertise and enrich the UX and Product design practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in product design, with a minimum of 3 years in a Senior Product Designer role.

• A strong portfolio showcasing design decisions that have led to measurable improvements in user satisfaction, product performance, or business success.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity, define complex problems, and influence product direction effectively.

• Experience in applying inclusive and universal design principles while minimizing cognitive load.

• Proficiency in designing according to recognized accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2.

• Experience in designing for interconnected products, complex workflows, or comprehensive user journeys.

• Hands-on experience in contributing to and advancing design systems.

• Strong skills in prototyping and interaction design.

• Proficiency in contemporary design tools such as Figma.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced design workflows and new human-AI interaction trends.

• Ability to articulate and influence design decisions clearly to various stakeholders.

• Strong collaboration skills with Product Management and Engineering teams.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, Lean UX, continuous discovery, and iterative delivery processes.

• Experience in facilitating collaborative design activities.
