Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the design for OpsUnity, the operations platform of CookUnity, aimed at defining and planning operations, measuring execution, and fostering accountability.

• Design across various products and teams, encompassing planning tools, real-time tracking systems, and operational dashboards.

• Develop interfaces suited for fast-paced operational settings where speed and error minimization are essential.

• Convert complex, data-intensive workflows such as resource planning, capacity and bottleneck visualization, and task tracking into intuitive interfaces.

• Establish shared patterns, components, and standards to forge a unified platform design language.

• Collaborate with engineering, product teams, operations leadership, and individual product groups.

• Utilize operational context, user observations, and platform data to inform and validate design decisions during production.

• Leverage AI-assisted workflows for rapid prototyping and for generating and testing design variations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, particularly focusing on complex, data-rich, or workflow-oriented products.

• A proven history of designing tools for operational, enterprise, or internal-platform environments (experience in B2B, logistics, supply chain, ops tooling, or similar is preferred).

• Strong skills in information architecture and interaction design, especially for intricate workflows where clarity and error avoidance are crucial.

• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma) and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., generative prototyping, Claude, v0).

• Ability to work across multiple teams and products concurrently, ensuring cohesion without overseeing every decision.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage directly with operators and technical teams to grasp genuine needs.

• Experience in designing for mobile or tablet usage in physical work environments is advantageous.

• Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
