Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Reimagine workflows, conceptualize ideas, and design new interactions and components.

• Streamline intricate finance and outdated mortgage processes.

• Engage in every phase of the product design journey, from discovery and interaction design to visual execution.

• Create user experiences that revolutionize how lending institutions handle loan applications.

• Lead projects and initiatives, establishing strategy and UX vision through cross-functional collaboration and alignment.

• Develop scalable design foundations for a varied customer base and multiple loan application offerings.

• Enhance the design team's skills and motivate the team towards a compelling vision.

• Reimagine internal workflows for loan origination and home transaction processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (100% client-facing environment in the US).

• Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in product design.

• Portfolio showcasing outstanding quality.

• Skilled at leading calls and collaborative sessions with product teams and engineers.

• Proven experience in driving alignment and guiding teams from identifying issues to delivery.

• Quick and efficient in using Figma.

• Strong background in managing design systems, thoughtful interactions, and responsive design.

• Actively utilizes AI tools to enhance design exploration, research, and speed of delivery.

• Adaptable to frequent changes in tools, processes, and priorities.

• Capable of quickly familiarizing with and addressing multiple teams' challenges simultaneously.

• Comfortable making substantial progress without a clearly defined brief.

• Confident in presenting and articulating design choices to stakeholders, both in writing and verbally, in English.

• Eager to convert manual, complex processes into efficient digital experiences.
