Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Create product experiences from the initial concept to user flows and pixel-perfect designs.

• Comprehend the algorithms, policies, and previous work that inform design decisions.

• Investigate customer workflows and evaluate results against business priorities to determine what to develop.

• Ensure the quality of implementation, including interaction behavior, accessibility, text, and edge cases.

• Construct robust design systems featuring components, tokens, and guidelines for engineers and agents.

• Cultivate agent skills and utilize encoding design choices.

• Partner with Marketing on visuals and content for released features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product design, showcasing strong UX and visual skills.

• Proven experience in delivering technical products and a deep understanding of their functionalities.

• Proficient in utilizing coding agents, experimenting with innovative workflows, and enhancing output quality.

• Capability to create prototypes and production UI using React.

• Ability to operate within established design patterns while balancing project scope with business requirements.

• Skilled in providing recommendations, soliciting early feedback, and adapting based on new insights.

• Proficient in articulating technical concepts and design rationale clearly through writing and visuals.

• Required location: North America or Europe.
