Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the solution landscape for team challenges by investigating, evaluating, and providing optimal answers.

• Navigate through uncertainty to achieve clarity.

• Deliver high-quality execution across product flows and interfaces.

• Refine and improve based on feedback, data analysis, and user insights.

• Ensure meticulous attention to quality, including clear communication, predictable interactions, transparent pricing, and effective error management.

• Leverage research and prototyping to confirm direction and identify issues at an early stage.

• Contribute to reusable patterns that enhance quality throughout the domain.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and launch products.

• Advocate for both providers and patients in terms of flow structure, information hierarchy, and overall experience quality.

• Engage in critique and discussions aimed at improving design quality within the Cherry design team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in product design with direct responsibility for product flows or features.

• Proficient interaction design skills across multi-step and complex processes.

• High standards of visual design and meticulous attention to details that foster trust.

• Capability to own the solution space, explore various options, and converge on the most suitable one.

• Experience in designing transactional, conversion-critical, or products aimed at providers/operators is advantageous.

• Collaborative mindset and strong relationships with Product and Engineering partners.

• Systems thinking that encompasses end-to-end journeys rather than focusing solely on individual screens.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
