Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create innovative user experiences that enhance broker and brokerage operations.

• Assist in launching new products and influence the commercial real estate sector.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to establish product vision and strategy.

• Perform self-directed qualitative, quantitative, and ethnographic UX research.

• Represent the customer’s perspective and convey design choices to stakeholders.

• Develop diagrams, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

• Deliver designs to software developers and ensure implementation aligns with the design vision.

• Co-manage a high-fidelity interactive prototype with another designer using Figma and AI tools like Claude Code.

• Agree on prototype patterns, components, conventions, and a shared design language.

• Create and maintain relevant personas, reviewing them through research.

• Formulate design vision based on personas and desired outcomes.

• Engage in weekly UX meetings.

• Guide a small team of UX and Product Designers.

• Report to George Mountis, SVP, Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI as a user experience designer or product designer.

• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects with detailed explanations of the design process.

• Familiarity with a SaaS product portfolio and new product launches.

• Understanding of web technologies and their limitations.

• Enthusiasm for developing complex systems and maintaining them effectively.

• Proficient in creating interactive prototypes using AI-assisted tools or a willingness to learn.

• Capable of leading and participating in user research activities, design sprints, and workshops.

• Expertise in Figma.

• Knowledge of UX/UI standards, protocols, and methodologies for responsive and mobile app design.

• Ability to transform incomplete requirements into consistent, usable wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and inspiring the team with new ideas.

• Experience in a startup environment is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Must possess authorization to work legally in the United States.
