Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive design process for product areas, encompassing problem identification, research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user testing.

• Collaborate across various product areas and manage changing priorities while making informed decisions and acting swiftly.

• Spearhead user research by engaging with users and customers, and collaborate with Product to shape the development of features.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and v0 to create prototypes, conduct tests, and collect preliminary feedback.

• Contribute to and enhance the design system.

• Assist in evolving how Bitsight designs AI-driven features and how users leverage its data.

• Provide and solicit design critiques to elevate quality across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product design with a proven record of senior-level ownership on delivered products.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, problem framing, process, and measurable impact.

• Experience in designing AI-driven features or agentic workflows, particularly for uncertain model outputs, or prototyping using AI tools.

• Experience with complex, data-intensive, or analytical products.

• Practical experience with a design system.

• Ability to quickly learn, work effectively in ambiguous situations, and adapt accordingly.

• Preferred: Experience in cybersecurity or related B2B enterprise sectors.

• Preferred: Experience in building or scaling a design system from the ground up.
