📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process for various product areas, encompassing problem discovery, research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user testing.

• Collaborate across multiple product domains while effectively managing shifting priorities to make informed decisions and act swiftly.

• Lead user and customer research initiatives to inform product development in partnership with the Product team.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and v0 for rapid prototyping, testing, and obtaining feedback on concepts.

• Contribute to and enhance the design system, promoting consistency and elevating the quality of design across the product.

• Assist in the evolution and design of AI-powered features, maximizing user engagement with Bitsight’s data.

• Provide and solicit design critiques to enhance the overall quality of work within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product design, demonstrating senior-level ownership of successfully launched products.

• A robust portfolio that highlights both design craftsmanship (interaction and visual design) and problem-solving abilities, including problem framing, process management, and measurable outcomes.

• Experience in designing features powered by AI or agentic workflows, working with probabilistic or uncertain model outputs, and prototyping using AI tools.

• Familiarity with complex, data-intensive, or analytical products and hands-on experience with a design system.

• Quick learning ability, comfort with ambiguity, and adaptability to change.

• Preferred: Experience in cybersecurity or similar B2B enterprise sectors.

• Preferred: Experience in building or scaling a design system from inception.
