📋 Description

• Influence the future of account opening for banks, credit unions, and their customers through the MANTL product.

• Create intuitive and scalable experiences for Alkami’s origination solution.

• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams on the Deposits Team to identify user challenges and explore innovative solutions.

• Contribute to designs that position the product as a leader in the market.

• Enhance and expand the shared Design System.

• Maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all user interactions.

• Work alongside Product Designers through mutual understanding and design critiques.

• Present designs and effectively communicate design choices and reasoning to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Conduct and interpret user research.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to guide product strategy and deliver solutions grounded in research.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in designing top-tier applications.

• A strong portfolio showcasing design work, process, and impact.

• Experience in developing Loans or Deposit Products is a significant advantage.

• Experience in Enterprise SaaS environments.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic design, HCI, UX, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in designing and prototyping with modern tools; Figma is preferred.

• Experience with AI-enhanced design workflows.

• Proven track record of delivering products to market.

• Experience in contributing to and collaborating within a shared design system.

• Skilled in conducting and synthesizing user research, including contextual inquiry and evaluative methods.

• Experience as an integrated member of a cross-functional agile product development team.

• Must be authorized to work in the US for full-time employment.

• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to inform product strategy and deliver research-informed solutions.
