Senior Product Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Recognize opportunities and present proposals for comprehensive web or mobile digital products and solutions for leadership review.

• Develop, sustain, and enhance solutions in production, encompassing the interface, backend, database, and infrastructure, utilizing Claude Code and comparable tools.

• Create and refine AI agents by pinpointing issues, optimizing prompts and workflows, and assessing outcomes.

• Execute integrations and automations that link solutions to operations.

• Work in tandem with the tech lead and leadership team to formulate the technology roadmap.

• Advocate for priorities based on the potential impact and return of each product.

• Proven experience in building, maintaining, and evolving comprehensive digital products and solutions for web or mobile.

• Capability to transform business challenges and opportunities into tangible products through structured proposals prioritized by impact.

• Competence in technically scoping each solution, identifying dependencies, risks, realistic timelines, and potential technical obstacles.

• Willingness to assist leadership in team development.

• Ability to create—not just define—and bring ideas to fruition using available tools.

• Awareness of UX and UI considerations.

• A strong interest in technology and AI, accompanied by hands-on experimentation in code generation, agents, or automation.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs).

• Experience in making architectural or technology stack decisions.

• Practical knowledge of AWS or another cloud provider, along with experience in deploying applications to production.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and contemporary web frameworks.

• Knowledge of SQL, analytical databases, or data manipulation using Python.

• Experience working with advertising platform APIs.

• Familiarity with scraping, APIs, automations, or integrations.

• Experience with n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools.

• Design proficiency and experience with Figma or prototyping tools.

• Previous experience in product management.

• Background in content portals, digital agencies, or performance marketing firms.
