This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Define, connect, and monitor product and UX metrics in alignment with business goals.
• Choose and oversee business, marketing, product, and UX metrics, crafting narratives to steer strategy and leadership decisions.
• Organize and enhance tagging and instrumentation for digital products.
• Conduct advanced cohort, retention, funnel, and adoption segmentation analyses.
• Design and execute experiments, including A/B testing, hypothesis generation, success metrics, and statistical evaluations.
• Gather, model, and manipulate data utilizing SQL in partnership with the Data team.
• Create clear and dependable visualizations and dashboards.
• Convey insights to teams, leadership, and varied audiences.
• Suggest, develop, and implement enhancements to product analytics procedures, metrics, and policies.
• Work both independently and collaboratively across teams, reinforcing evidence-based decision-making.
• Over 3 years of experience in analytics, data, or product intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Proficient SQL skills for data collection, modeling, and manipulation, along with a solid grasp of data structures.
• Practical experience in defining and managing product and UX metrics and linking them to business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with Product Analytics tools like Amplitude, Pendo, Mixpanel, GA4, PostHog, or similar platforms.
• Experience with event tagging and instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of Data Visualization best practices and experience with BI tools like Metabase, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience in designing and analyzing experiments (A/B tests), including hypothesis development and statistical evaluation.
• Analytical capability to perform advanced analyses (cohort, retention, funnel, and segmentation) and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Independence, sound judgment in method selection, and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in SaaS, particularly with metrics related to adoption, retention, and churn (NRR, MRR, activation, and engagement).
• Familiarity with Python or R for enhanced analyses and automation.
• Experience linking product data with revenue operations (RevOps), CRM (HubSpot), or Customer Success.
• Understanding of version control and best practices for organizing queries and data models.
• Interest in or experience with AI applications for data analysis and insight generation.
