
Senior Product Analyst, Sales CXM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage the product backlog for Sales CXM capabilities while ensuring alignment with the Sales CXM strategy and roadmap.
β’ Convert business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and well-defined, testable acceptance criteria.
β’ Prioritize backlog items considering business value, user impact, dependencies, and technical feasibility.
β’ Act as the primary product owner for designated Agile Squads.
β’ Collaborate effectively with Scrum Masters, Developers, and XD partners.
β’ Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
β’ Evaluate and accept completed work based on acceptance criteria and quality standards.
β’ Integrate user feedback and insights on adoption into backlog refinement and enhancements.
β’ Work alongside change management and training teams to assist in rollout, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
β’ Define and monitor metrics for sales efficiency, user adoption, and business outcomes.
β’ Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the sales experience.
β’ A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, economics, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, commercial operations, sales force effectiveness, or related fields.
β’ Proven experience in change management and business transformation, with a successful track record in boosting sales productivity and operational efficiency.
β’ A strong commercial foundation, ideally in sales and/or marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and commercial effectiveness.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading initiatives that yield measurable operational enhancements.
β’ Excellent facilitation, leadership, and influencing abilities.
β’ Capacity to collaborate with senior leadership and diverse teams.
β’ Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex initiatives into clear messages.
β’ A data-driven approach to assessing adoption, process improvements, and productivity increases.
β’ Experience in supporting large-scale transformation projects within sales-oriented or customer-centric organizations (preferred).
β’ Established leadership in navigating complex stakeholder environments and achieving operational improvements (preferred).
β’ Cross-functional experience in Commercial or Clinical Support (highly desirable).
