Product Analyst, Pharmacy PBM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships across various product lines or business units, as well as with customers and stakeholders.

• Manage the complete implementation lifecycle, from the initial idea intake to the delivery of new products, capabilities, integrations, or other offerings.

• Establish, maintain, and supervise the product base configuration for claims processing systems.

• Develop and oversee the demo environment to ensure it is operationally ready.

• Provide oversight for multiple implementations, ensuring continuity across projects.

• Comprehend customer experiences and foster customer relationships.

• Lead and engage in business and industry workgroups.

• Prioritize tasks and align development efforts with business objectives and timelines.

• Collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams to create strategic solutions.

• Approve readiness of environments for releases into implementation settings.

• Ensure adequate documentation of requirements for system acceptance and adaptability.

• Advise business units and customers on the available product offerings.

• Encourage knowledge sharing, innovation, and learning throughout the organization.

• Assess and enhance product configuration and supportability.

• Act as a subject matter expert on designated products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in PBM Pharmacy, including experience in Pharmacy Implementation.

• A profound understanding of Pharmacy or PBM Ecosystems is highly preferred and essential for success in this position.

• Proven ability to implement products from the intake and strategy phase through to delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement.

• Practical experience working in Agile environments while closely collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Teams to provide solutions.

• Strong aptitude for transforming complex business requirements into technical solutions, supported by data analysis, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.

• Willingness to adopt a flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as necessary.
