Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert business and clinical requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and enhance the product backlog alongside the Product Manager.

• Assist in roadmap planning through feasibility assessments, effort estimations, and dependency mapping.

• Analyze and query EHR, operational, and engagement data.

• Collaborate with Data/BI teams to define and verify product-performance KPIs.

• Acquire a working understanding of patient workflows, including scheduling, documentation, billing, and care coordination.

• Engage in workflow observation, user interviews, and stakeholder discovery sessions.

• Act as a liaison among Engineering, Clinical Operations, Compliance, and IT.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Monitor and communicate dependencies, risks, and action items.

• Maintain process maps, decision logs, data dictionaries, and system diagrams.

• Prepare release notes, training materials, and communications for stakeholders.

• Assist the Product Manager with executive summaries, reporting, and meeting documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, healthcare operations, or data analytics.

• Strong capacity to translate business needs into organized requirements.

• Proficient in working with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar).

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with healthcare technology, EHR systems, or clinical workflows.

• Knowledge of agile product development methodologies.

• Understanding of interoperability standards (FHIR, APIs).

• Experience in supporting UAT, process improvement, or workflow analysis.

• Capability to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, and walk as necessary.

• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, along with the ability to adjust focus.
