This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the product backlog for Sales CXM capabilities, ensuring alignment with the Sales CXM strategy and roadmap.
β’ Convert business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and well-defined, testable, value-oriented acceptance criteria.
β’ Prioritize items in the backlog based on business value, impact on users, dependencies, and technical feasibility.
β’ Act as the main product owner for designated Agile Squads.
β’ Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, and XD partners.
β’ Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
β’ Assess and accept completed work based on acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks.
β’ Integrate user feedback and insights on adoption into backlog refinement and future upgrades.
β’ Collaborate with change management and training teams to facilitate rollout, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
β’ Establish and monitor success metrics for sales efficiency, user adoption, and business outcomes.
β’ Recognize opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the sales experience.
β’ A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, economics, or a related field.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, commercial operations, sales force effectiveness, or related positions.
β’ Background in change management and business transformation, with a demonstrated ability to boost sales productivity and operational efficiency.
β’ Solid commercial experience, preferably in sales and/or marketing.
β’ Strong understanding of customer needs and strategies for enhancing commercial effectiveness.
β’ Proven success in leading initiatives that yield measurable operational improvements.
β’ Exceptional facilitation, leadership, and influencing abilities.
β’ Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and diverse teams.
β’ Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating complex initiatives into clear, persuasive messages.
β’ Data-oriented approach to evaluating adoption, process enhancements, and productivity improvements.
β’ Experience in managing large-scale transformation projects within sales-driven or customer-centric organizations.
β’ Demonstrated leadership in navigating complex stakeholder environments and achieving tangible operational improvements.
β’ Cross-functional experience in Commercial or Clinical Support is highly desirable.
