📋 Description

• Act as a primary liaison between stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and foster consensus among teams.

• Convert complex business challenges into use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify trends, insights, and recommendations.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to influence feature development.

• Serve as a connection between technical and non-technical teams.

• Create process flows, wireframes, and journey maps.

• Identify bottlenecks and suggest product and process enhancements.

• Develop test cases and engage in user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Assist in roadmap discussions with insights and organized documentation.

• Mentor junior analysts and impart knowledge of tools, techniques, and frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or 3 years with an advanced degree.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Proven ability to articulate and communicate intricate business issues and solutions.

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience collaborating with or alongside Product Management teams.

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and drive alignment among various stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both executive and technical audiences.

• Familiarity with financial modeling or business case development.

• Knowledge of digital banking or fintech products.

• Experience with backlog grooming, release planning, and product roadmapping tools.

• Must be authorized to work in the US for full-time employment.
