Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Monitor essential product metrics including user growth and retention

• Evaluate product health and pinpoint trends

• Analyze customer journey data and feedback to identify user friction points

• Suggest actionable improvements for features

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design features, assess outcomes, and validate feature performance

• Assist in the creation of product roadmaps

• Communicate with design, development, and marketing teams

• Perform competitive analysis and industry benchmarking

• Examine product usage, user trends, and dropout points

• Implement tests and experiments to assess new features or changes

• Support product, engineering, and design teams with data for decision-making

• Ensure accurate and consistent tracking of product data

• Generate reports and dashboards that illustrate product performance and key trends

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher

• Four years of experience in project management or a related field within a private, public, government, or military setting

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports

• Familiarity with feature/bug tracking tools such as JIRA

• Basic knowledge of setting up and evaluating product tests

• Capability to assess ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and connect data points to tangible business outcomes

• Ability to work efficiently with engineers, designers, product managers, and business leaders with varying priorities

• Skill in translating complex technical findings and charts into clear, actionable narratives

• Capacity to investigate anomalies or unexpected user patterns independently

• Flexibility to switch between multiple projects and adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status
