Product Analyst – Advanced Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect business requirements from internal stakeholders and, where applicable, clients.

• Evaluate current business processes (as-is) and suggest the desired workflow (to-be).

• Investigate and document regulations pertinent to the foreign-trade sector.

• Create user stories with distinct, verifiable acceptance criteria.

• Record business rules, edge cases, and input/output data.

• Maintain functional documentation as requirements change.

• Engage in story planning and address inquiries from developers.

• Draft comprehensive instructions and tasks for an autonomous AI agent.

• Verify deliverables with developers against the acceptance criteria.

• Design and perform acceptance tests.

• Report inconsistencies between specifications and the developed solution, and assist in prioritizing their resolution.

• Examine operational and usage data to aid product decisions.

• Generate straightforward reports or dashboards and monitor deliveries.

• Update stakeholders on progress and challenges.

• Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner to prioritize the backlog.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems/Computer Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or equivalent positions, preferably within technology/software companies.

• Experience in agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban), crafting user stories, and working directly with developers.

• Preferred: prior experience in foreign trade, logistics, customs, or regulated sectors.

• Intermediate-level SQL proficiency.

• Familiarity with agile management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).

• Basic understanding of wireframing tools (Figma, Miro, or similar).

• General knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and API/integration concepts, without requiring programming skills.

• Highly regarded: experience with generative AI tools for documenting, analyzing, or drafting specifications.

• Spanish: advanced/fluent proficiency.
