Senior Product Analyst, CX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the metrics tree.

• Validate metrics and ensure dashboards are accurately constructed.

• Create precise specifications for Data Engineering.

• Maintain a single, definitive definition for each metric.

• Break down the north-star metric into levels that each team can impact.

• Conduct ad-hoc investigations into metric fluctuations and anomalies.

• Collaborate directly with functional leads.

• Identify and analyze bottlenecks, including conversion drop-offs and segmentation issues.

• Validate product hypotheses.

• Extract data to uncover non-obvious patterns and growth opportunities.

• Jointly prioritize issues with Product based on their potential impact on the north-star metric.

• Design A/B tests, encompassing sample size, MDE, duration, and randomization split calculations.

• Confirm the accuracy of splits and perform sanity checks prior to analyzing results.

• Report outcomes with guardrail metrics.

• Define data-tracking requirements and necessary events.

• Maintain the test archive.

• Provide actionable recommendations derived from experiments.

• Highlight data-quality issues before decisions are made based on the data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a higher education in a mathematical or technical field.

• Knowledge and experience in applying methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory.

• Proficient in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization tools: MS SQL, Python, Excel.

• Extensive experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests.

• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and practical experience using them.
