This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.
• Analyze customer journeys and internal workflows to uncover issues and guide product decisions.
• Convert agreed-upon product decisions into precise requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
• Identify outstanding questions, inconsistencies, and decisions that need to be addressed prior to and during implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Risk, and Operations teams to clarify questions and ensure a shared understanding of the development process.
• Monitor dependencies, testing, and releases, ensuring that progress and pending items are visible.
• Evaluate data and feedback to assess the impact of product modifications.
• Keep thorough product documentation and suggest enhancements when recurring manual tasks or issues in existing processes are observed.
• Play a role in the development and ongoing enhancement of Kiwi's products.
• Assist in initiatives from detailed definition through to launch and result analysis.
• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, in Product Operations, or in a similar capacity involving digital products.
• Capability to analyze a process comprehensively and transform vague requests into clear inquiries, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on initiatives that involve multiple teams.
• Proficiency in utilizing metrics and data to investigate issues and assess changes.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail, especially in workflows involving rules, exceptions, and dependencies.
• Proactive in identifying open questions, collaborating with the relevant teams, and proposing solutions.
• Genuine interest in understanding customers and the business objectives behind each initiative.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Must reside in Argentina, Colombia, or the Dominican Republic.
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech, financial services, lending, or payments.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL or experience with analytics and reporting tools.
• Nice to have: Experience in supporting launches and troubleshooting issues encountered in production.
