This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the exploration, onboarding, and integration of Flag Football data sources into the main data platform.

• Oversee data acquisition efforts across clubs, international markets, leagues, federations, vendors, registration providers, and third-party partners.

• Manage the Flag Football data roadmap, setting priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

• Convert business needs into data requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and monitoring necessities.

• Establish and uphold standardized data definitions, collection methodologies, schemas, and reporting frameworks.

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, analytics, governance, privacy, and business teams to transition data sources from discovery to production.

• Assist with source onboarding by performing data profiling, validation, testing, quality assessment, and issue resolution.

• Create and maintain an inventory of Flag Football data sources and integration possibilities.

• Organize regular program updates, executive reporting, and cross-functional working sessions.

• Support global participation measurement methodologies and associated reporting.

• Aid in establishing participant-level data models, identity management strategies, and consent-aware data practices.

• Enhance analytical capabilities by connecting participation data to fan engagement, retention, and fandom outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data product management, data strategy, analytics, business analysis, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading intricate data integration or data platform initiatives from planning through execution.

• Strong grasp of data pipelines, APIs, file-based integrations, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and cloud-based data platforms.

• Demonstrated capability to manage cross-functional programs involving both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience in gathering requirements, defining business processes, and translating needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's Degree.
