Senior Product Analyst – Application Lifecycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth exploratory analyses to uncover user pain points, moments of insight, and product usage data.

• Work alongside product teams to create reusable or on-demand data views, shaping strategy, design, and development.

• Design, implement, and manage dashboards and reports using SQL or scripting languages, offering real-time insights into product performance.

• Monitor and assess product launches and A/B tests; evaluate system and product performance after release.

• Execute quality assurance checks on analytics events and propose improvements.

• Engage actively in agile methodologies from design through to implementation and rollout.

• Identify patterns and conversion opportunities within the loan origination process.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to outline data requirements for assessing feature success.

• Develop anomaly detection systems to recognize behavioral changes that may signal production issues.

• Examine user behavior and deliver persona-based insights to product teams.

• Review verification processes and discover automation potentials in collaboration with product and ML/AI teams.

• Evaluate internal team performance across underwriting, sales, and funding departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data/product analysis.

• Proficiency in SQL, with comfort in executing complex queries, including CTEs and window functions.

• Skilled in BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI; familiarity with DBT is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of Python and Git.

• Strong foundation in data experimentation and statistical analysis.

• Proficient in product analytics tools like Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.

• Exceptional ability in cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Ops).

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking, and business insight.

• Innovative, proactive, organized, and focused on growth.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
