This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and document specific FNOL scheduling requirements for clients, including business rules, workflows, edge cases, and exceptions.
• Convert ambiguous or conflicting inputs from clients, Operations, and Sales into clear and testable technical specifications.
• Maintain a single source of truth for evolving requirements and identify scope or feasibility tradeoffs.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams to incorporate client requirements into the development process, clarify ambiguities, and ensure uninterrupted delivery.
• Prioritize and sequence requirements in conjunction with technical capacity and the Product Director's roadmap.
• Represent client and business interests in technical discussions and relay technical constraints back to the business.
• Design and implement test plans for client-specific scenarios, business rules, and FNOL scheduling edge cases.
• Validate agent outputs prior to launch and after updates through reviews of transcripts and scheduling outcomes.
• Identify patterns of failure, document defects, and facilitate resolution with the engineering team.
• Assist in the rollout of the agent to new clients by adjusting requirements and test plans accordingly.
• Monitor post-launch performance metrics, including accuracy, resolution rates, scheduling success, and any escalations.
• Develop repeatable processes for requirements gathering, testing, and client onboarding.
• Connect clients, Operations, Sales, and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and tradeoffs to the Product Director and stakeholders.
• Provide structure to ambiguous challenges and sustain delivery momentum.
• Over 4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, technical product management, or a comparable role that involves translating business or client requirements into technical specifications.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with engineering teams to define, construct, and test software or AI-driven products.
• Strong analytical abilities, including detailed requirements documentation, test plans, and structured documentation skills.
• Experience in testing and validating software or AI/conversational products.
• Proficiency in designing test cases and evaluating outputs against expected behaviors.
• Familiarity with AI, agentic, or conversational products is highly advantageous.
• Comfort with using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for analysis and documentation purposes.
• Capability to manage multiple sets of client-specific requirements simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure complex, evolving requirements effectively.
• Experience in insurance, claims, FNOL, or auto glass/repair operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Preferred: experience in launching a new AI agent, chatbot, or automated workflow from definition through to production scale.
• Preferred: knowledge of AI-agent evaluation and observability practices.
• Preferred: experience working with multiple external clients or business units that have varying requirements on a shared product.
• Preferred: familiarity with digital analytics or performance platforms such as Quantum Metric or Snowflake.
