Senior Producer – CONTRACT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Lead the production roadmap for essential components of the game in collaboration with discipline leads and project management.

• Convert creative and technical objectives into realistic plans, overseeing milestone definitions, staffing requirements, and risk assessment.

• Make day-to-day production decisions, coordinate project-wide dependencies, and manage scope and prioritization trade-offs.

• Oversee capacity planning, team sequencing, and resource allocation; identify staffing deficiencies and opportunities for outsourcing.

• Guide sprint, milestone, and roadmap planning; facilitate daily standups, retrospectives, and bug triage sessions.

• Provide project leadership with timely insights into schedules, scope, quality, and dependency risks.

• Develop scalable production frameworks, reporting standards, and planning methodologies.

• Mentor fellow producers and promote knowledge exchange and professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Professional experience in driving game features or significant project areas through complete production cycles on large, cross-disciplinary teams.

• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Proficient in using Jira or similar project management tools for backlog management, tracking, and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and alignment among creative, technical, and production stakeholders.

• Strong skills in capacity planning, dependency tracking, and proactive risk management.
