Commercial Lines Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with business owners through marketing efforts, cold calling, referrals, and leveraging centers of influence.

• Partner with the Commercial Lines Account Manager to formulate, submit, and finalize new business policies while renewing the current book of business.

• Perform needs assessments with each client to identify coverage gaps.

• Provide timely responses to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage options.

• Gain a thorough understanding of products, services, and operational systems.

• Achieve monthly sales targets by adhering to established processes.

• Enhance individual and agency success by driving new business, engaging in cross-selling, and implementing new initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Successfully pass a background check.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient operational computing skills with a typing speed of 45+ WPM (including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Browsers).

• A confident self-starter who excels when working autonomously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
