Senior Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for various cross-disciplinary strike teams.

• Prioritize player experience and quality while achieving schedule and budget goals.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish project scope, milestones, and deliverables.

• Assess project risks, adjust strategies, and make swift decisions.

• Address production obstacles and make firm decisions under pressure.

• Lead, mentor, and provide support to cross-functional teams.

• Create and empower high-performing teams with defined roles and accountability.

• Allocate resources, talent, and time to fulfill development requirements.

• Ensure effective communication among departments, external partners, and studio leadership.

• Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration towards a cohesive vision.

• Analyze and enhance production processes by utilizing agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production within the gaming industry.

• Successfully shipped at least one complete AAA game from concept through to launch.

• Proven experience in building and sustaining high-performing teams.

• Capability to inspire and unite distributed and diverse teams around a shared vision.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire game development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of player expectations and quality standards.

• Ability to critically assess game quality from a player's viewpoint and deliver clear, constructive feedback.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence (preferred).

• Proficient skills in Excel or other data analysis tools (preferred).
