This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the management of the non-IT subscriptions category.
• Maintain a consolidated inventory of non-IT subscriptions throughout the organization.
• Handle contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure timely sourcing and renewal processes to prevent unwanted auto-renewals.
• Promote procurement governance and adherence to policies.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs, enhance service levels, and mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions with suppliers.
• Assess supplier performance, risks, and market opportunities.
• Conduct supplier benchmarking and market intelligence analysis.
• Achieve measurable savings and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and assist in strategic decision-making.
• Work in conjunction with Legal, Finance, IT, Information Security, and operational teams on contract reviews and negotiations.
• Cultivate supplier relationships that enhance value and performance.
• Establish and monitor supplier KPIs and service expectations.
• Perform spend analysis and create cost models to inform sourcing decisions.
• Generate reports and provide procurement insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement trackers, databases, and governance documentation.
• Support SOX controls and audit inquiries.
• Drive automation, process efficiency, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Assist in Procure-to-Pay activities through Oracle Fusion.
• Aid in invoice resolution and address procurement process challenges.
• Manage shared procurement mailboxes and respond to stakeholder requests.
• Contribute to the development of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement.
• Demonstrated experience in leading sourcing, contract renewal, and supplier management efforts.
• Proven track record in negotiating commercial agreements and contract terms.
• Experience working within a large global organization.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influencing.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with managing subscription or recurring services categories is preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms is preferred.
• Experience in supporting compliance, governance, or SOX-related procurement activities is preferred.
• Exposure to supplier performance management and procurement analytics is preferred.
• Skills in strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations.
• Experience in contract lifecycle management.
• Background in supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency in spend analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
