This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in the complete procurement lifecycle, which includes processing procurement agreements, modifications, and purchase orders.
• Aid in sourcing strategies by performing price analyses, evaluating proposals, and coordinating Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Oversee workload management, prioritize requests, and ensure the execution of timely, high-quality procurement actions.
• Recognize potential issues or bottlenecks and escalate concerns to leadership as necessary.
• Collaborate with Corporate Functions, Supply Chain Risk Management, Legal, and various business groups.
• Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Engage in team initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing procurement operations.
• Maintain records, documentation, and workflow activities in approved systems like SharePoint.
• Respond to data requests and assist in procurement metrics and operational reporting.
• Ensure that procurement actions adhere to policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
• Report to a Procurement Manager as part of a procurement team consisting of 3–5 members.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 2 years of Procurement experience in a Federal Government contracting environment, specifically with Cloud, Hardware, Software, and Facilities suppliers.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Basic knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Public Law requirements related to procurement agreements.
• More than 2 years of experience in the Federal market space in procurement, contracting, finance, pricing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience working within a DCMA approved purchasing system (preferred).
• Experience in Supply Chain Risk Management (preferred).
• Familiarity with Costpoint, Salesforce, Copilot, or other AI tools (preferred).
• Background in finance and/or analytical roles (preferred).
• U.S. work authorization without the need for current or future visa sponsorship is required.
