Senior Process Improvement Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and establishment of new processes that facilitate interoperability and manage medical documentation chase operations.

• Define the comprehensive operating model and the approach for implementation.

• Develop and maintain workflows that encompass intake, triage, routing, exception handling, escalation paths, and reporting.

• Act as the subject matter expert for the operational process and its related system interactions.

• Collaborate with business, product, and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and enhance requirements.

• Convert operational needs into functional requirements, business rules, user stories, process maps, and associated documentation.

• Lead cross-functional meetings to outline current, future, and target-state processes.

• Identify gaps, risks, controls, and dependencies among teams and systems.

• Propose and execute sustainable process enhancements.

• Assist with solution design, testing, training, development of SOP/job aids, change readiness, implementation planning, and operational preparedness.

• Report directly to the VP, VA CCN Program Leader, and assist with VA CCN program management, execution, contract adherence, service delivery, and operational performance.

• Proven experience in establishing new processes, workflows, or operating models from scratch.

• Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and refine business and system requirements.

• Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with business, product, and IT stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create process documentation and materials suitable for executives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify process gaps, risks, and dependencies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps for download and 10 Mbps for upload.
