Senior Process Improvement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Assess, evaluate, and optimize the operational processes within the organization.

• Improve efficiency, quality, and productivity levels.

• Employ data-driven strategies such as Lean and Six Sigma to enhance workflows and minimize waste.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvements.

• Track results and ensure the ongoing viability of enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)

• 5 years of experience in process improvement or healthcare management (Mandatory)

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and other process enhancement tools.

• Master’s degree (Preferred)
