Senior Process Improvement Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct cross-functional initiatives aimed at process enhancement utilizing best practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Evaluate and assess the efficiency of current business processes.

• Create sustainable, reproducible, and measurable future-state solutions.

• Record current-state processes.

• Perform root cause analysis to uncover operational challenges and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and suggest solutions.

• Improve quality, efficiency, and service delivery.

• Report project status, milestones, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

• Develop and refine work instructions, job aids, training materials, and process documentation.

• Work alongside senior operational leaders and cross-functional partners on significant initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or 8+ years of experience in applying process improvement methodologies.

• Strong analytical capabilities, including data analysis and summarization of findings.

• Critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.

• Solid business acumen.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty and embrace change.

• Skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

• Access to cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for remote work.
