Senior Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of corrective measures

• Coordinate activities with designated individuals in each area

• Document progress and outstanding tasks within processes

• Review pertinent corporate policies

• Identify gaps and areas for enhancement

• Facilitate the communication of policies to staff members

• Monitor policies and updates, including tracking review deadlines

• Map out current processes

• Determine improvements and gaps in current workflows

• Suggest new operational frameworks and workflows

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), including completed actions, delivered training sessions, and reported incidents

• Develop dashboards to monitor performance metrics

• Coordinate compliance training related to anti-corruption, privacy, and professional conduct

• Assess training participation and effectiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree

• Proficient in English at an advanced level

• Proficient in Spanish at an advanced level

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Expertise in defining KPIs and creating dashboards, preferably using Power BI

• Experience in Governance and Internal Controls

• Ability to analyze internal policies and identify gaps

• Knowledge of corporate compliance, including anti-corruption, privacy, and conduct

• Skills in process mapping and identifying enhancements

• Experience in project management and monitoring corrective actions

• Availability to work regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
