Senior Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and document processes, services, and products.

• Facilitate interviews and meetings with both business and technology stakeholders.

• Organize and structure service and product catalogs.

• Identify gaps and inconsistencies, as well as opportunities for process improvement.

• Develop process flows, functional documentation, and executive-level materials.

• Assist in defining standards, responsibilities, and management criteria.

• Implement ITIL 4 best practices for process structure and governance.

• Engage in meetings and prepare documentation in English.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster alignment and ongoing improvement.

• Support initiatives aimed at organizing and enhancing service management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Process Analyst.

• Background in process mapping, analysis, and documentation.

• Experience in developing and managing service and/or product catalogs.

• Practical understanding of ITIL 4 or more recent versions.

• Active ITIL 4 certification.

• Experience with process modeling techniques.

• Proficiency in tools such as Bizagi, Microsoft Visio, or equivalent platforms.

• Advanced English skills for engaging in meetings and preparing documentation.

• Familiarity with Service Management practices and General Management practices.

• Experience within ITSM (IT Service Management).

• Background in technology environments.

• Involvement in digital transformation projects.

• Experience in high-scale environments.

• Knowledge of digital products.
