This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop the talent analytics function for Luxury Presence, starting from metric definitions and extending to weekly dashboards for recruiters and leadership.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent, including time to fill, pipeline conversion, source quality, offer acceptance, and quality of hire.
• Set targets for talent analytics and automate the reporting process on a recurring basis.
• Deliver analyses and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Create and enforce data quality standards across the talent tool stack.
• Manage field definitions, required data, and naming conventions.
• Conduct data audits and collaborate with systems and integration owners to address data discrepancies.
• Ensure reliable talent data for financial and leadership planning.
• Collaborate with Finance on headcount tracking and forecasting.
• Maintain a single source of truth for approved, open, and filled positions.
• Develop workforce analytics that link hiring activities to planning, budgeting, and capacity.
• Highlight workforce planning variances to prompt leadership action.
• Oversee employer branding assets through their creation, updates, and retirement.
• Design candidate-facing materials, including one-pagers for departments and the company, as well as offer decks.
• Enhance offer acceptance rates by 20% or more through improved collateral and candidate communication.
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of the company's external employer brand narrative.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent analytics, people analytics, recruiting operations, or business analytics.
• Preferably experienced in a high-growth organization.
• Strong understanding of ATS and HRIS data.
• Practical experience with tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet modeling.
• Experience in dashboard creation using a BI tool.
• Background in defining data standards and promoting their adoption.
• Experience collaborating with Finance on headcount planning and forecasting.
• Ability to create impactful one-pagers and offer decks.
• Must reside in the Philippines.
• Required working hours are from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Tuesdays through Saturdays (PHT).
• Must possess a laptop or desktop computer.
• Must hold a valid government-issued ID.
• Must have an existing bank account or be willing to open one upon hiring.
• Must have a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps along with a backup connection.
• Must live in an area with a reliable power supply.
