Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager in executing the implementation process for new Hedgerow clients, from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase.

• Analyze and comprehend each customer's business operations and apply industry best practices to guide the adaptation of these processes into Hedgerow.

• Become an expert in the product and configure the platform to align with each agency's specific workflows, data, and compliance standards.

• Develop custom reports utilizing Hedgerow's report writing tool, often involving intricate SQL stored procedures.

• Train customer teams, including inspectors, administrators, and staff, on the effective use of Hedgerow.

• Identify and resolve technical or process-related issues during the setup, escalating to the Project Manager when necessary.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite documentation, data mapping, and configuration tasks.

• Assist in identifying areas where AI can enhance the speed and quality of implementation.

• Document implementation procedures and contribute to internal playbooks to refine future onboarding processes.

• Aid local governments in successfully embracing technology that enhances community health and safety.

• Transform signed contracts into operational government agencies utilizing Hedgerow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong comprehension of SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and principles of data management.

• Proficiency with tools such as Wrike, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, or other relevant implementation platforms.

• Over 5 years of experience in the implementation or onboarding of SaaS solutions.

• Capability to manage multiple customer implementations concurrently.

• Comfort with data, including understanding data structures, interpreting datasets, and ensuring accuracy across systems.

• Working knowledge of SQL for queries and report writing across relational databases.

• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or similar to enhance data analyses, documentation, and configuration efforts.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical government personnel.

• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/project management platforms.

• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.

• Experience in Gov-Tech SaaS, public health, environmental health, or a related field.

• Experience implementing SaaS solutions for local governments or public health/environmental agencies.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to seeing a project through to a successful launch.
