This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Drive referrals for patients and enhance awareness of therapy in designated areas.
• Build and nurture relationships with physicians who frequently prescribe hypertension treatments and community partners.
• Collaborate with current sales teams to establish new accounts.
• Act as a therapy specialist and resource to promote and educate about the Symplicity therapy.
• Implement targeted outreach strategies in markets with high potential.
• Work alongside senior Territory Managers to align messaging and territory strategies.
• Provide consistent support and communication to physicians and their staff.
• Educate healthcare providers on the advantages of therapy and patient outcome pathways.
• Assist with contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts.
• Engage in thorough clinical and sales training programs.
• Keep precise records of account activities, outreach initiatives, and territory performance.
• Follow company policies, regulatory mandates, and ethical practices.
• Travel to multiple accounts throughout the Hartford, CT area.
• Aid in the launch and growth of the Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years of experience; or an Associate's Degree with 10+ years; or a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales, clinical, or similar roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Over 6 years of B2B or medical sales experience, with a documented history of successful new product launches.
• Proven track record in sales hunting and account development.
• Ability to teach, train, and inform medical staff, peers, and technical teams about new devices and therapies.
• Consistently high performance (Top 10%), with accolades such as President’s Club or equivalent recognition.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for 6–8 hours daily.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance to operate a vehicle.
• A valid driver's license is a must.
• Candidate must live within the assigned territory.
• Must meet U.S. work authorization criteria; positions below Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, the degree must comply with 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
