This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute the global commercial strategy within the region while aligning with global sales priorities and initiatives from Business Units.
• Meet regional revenue goals and enhance market share growth.
• Guide the regional sales organization through structural and procedural transformations.
• Lead sophisticated, high-stakes negotiations and strategic customer interactions across significant biopharma accounts and partnerships.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships, collaboratively developing account plans with Technical Sales from Business Units.
• Manage the regional sales pipeline through opportunity assessment, forecasting, and advancing commercial activities.
• Partner with Business Units, Marketing, Service, and Operations to foresee customer requirements and deliver value.
• Offer insights on market trends, competitive activities, and customer demands to shape global strategies.
• Incorporate local legal entity governance, contract approval processes, and intercompany alignment strategies.
• Supervise regional risk management, regulatory compliance, and legal and operational risks across North America.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial leadership within Life Sciences, with extensive knowledge of regional market dynamics in the industry.
• Demonstrated hunter mindset with a proven record of identifying, developing, and securing new business.
• Strong data-driven sales leadership grounded in CRM practices, forecasting precision, pipeline analytics, and KPI-driven sales management.
• Track record of successfully leading sales teams through organizational and procedural changes.
• Proficiency in solution and value-based selling in complex customer environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration abilities in a matrix organization, including Strategic Account Management and Business Units.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills at senior customer and internal levels.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
