This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the commercial development and initial clinical uptake of the solution within the designated territory.
• Cultivate new healthcare facilities following a 60% hunter / 40% farmer approach.
• Forge initial medical connections and collaborate closely with a Key Account Manager to optimize regional Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Identify and map healthcare facilities, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and key decision-makers.
• Engage in extensive field prospecting activities.
• Navigate both top-down and bottom-up B2B healthcare sales cycles from initiation to closure.
• Implement an influence strategy utilizing conferences, KOL relationships, and real-world evidence studies.
• Oversee initial medical onboarding post-signing before transitioning to the Key Account Manager.
• Respond to alerts signaling a decline in medical engagement.
• Spearhead re-engagement and win-back initiatives for accounts at risk of churn.
• Keep detailed records of interactions and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Enhance the number of new healthcare facilities adopting the solution.
• Boost the conversion rates of prospects into active clients.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue enhancement.
• Create and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager, Patient Care, and InterOps teams.
• Report to one of the Regional Directors based on the geographic area.
• Demonstrated experience in hospital sales, medical devices, or the pharmaceutical/biotech/medtech sectors (including roles such as Key Account Manager, Medical Representative, Healthcare Business Development, etc.).
• Strong sales and negotiation capabilities within the healthcare industry.
• Significant experience in selling comparable solutions in oncology, gastroenterology, or psychiatry.
• Proficient in managing intricate hospital sales cycles, including decision-making and negotiation processes.
• Experience in prospecting and penetrating competitor accounts.
• Aptitude for building relationships and establishing trust with medical stakeholders.
• Capacity to develop an influence strategy with KOLs and during conferences.
• Ability to manage the transition from pre-sales to clinical activation in partnership with a Key Account Manager.
• Meticulous approach to maintaining the CRM system.
• Strong customer orientation and proactive problem-solving abilities.
